This is a 1917 mfg. Colt . Serial number 159769. PH marked barrel, Good strong lands, grooves have some frosting, Finish appears to be something other than original bluing. About 95% original bluing on the frame and frame parts. Original grips. Slide has been refinished , in my opinion ( 100% condition ). Actually a very handsome pistol . No sign of any pitting, even under the grips, just the original Colt finishing marks under the original bluing.Proper undercut slide stop , thumb safety, and short tang grip safety.
