A.H. Fox 12 Ga. AE Grade with factory straight grip
All Original. Tight and on face. Factory letter. less than 10% of Graded Foxes were made in straight grip.
SN 35245. Made in 1940. #3 weight barrels (marked) 98%+ original blue. twin ivory beads. 40% original case colors, mirror bores. 26” Barrels, chokes R .012” L .022”. (IC & MOD) with 97% original blue. 2 ¾” chambers. Stock shows 98% original finish. No cracks, splits or chips. Has a few light handling marks. Drop 1 7/16” x 2 3/8”. LOP 14 1/4” . Weight 6 lbs 14 oz.

FFL or C&R required. Guns that meet conditions for Curios and relics are C&R eligible. Three day non shooting, no screw turning, no disassembly inspection.
I am an FFL Licensed dealer. I include a copy of my FFL, State License and Tax ID with the gun when I ship to your dealer. Dealers can mail or email their FFL to me. I do not have a FAX line.

Any returns due to receiving issues will be at buyers expense.
SHIPPING: I usually ship within 7 days of receipt of your payment but I have family obligations so once in a while, due to vacations etc. I may be a bit slow. I ship mostly by UPS Ground, approximately 3-7 days depending on your location. Alaska and Hawaii take longer. Alaska and Hawaii require additional cost. Returns must be insured for full value.
INSURANCE IS MANDATORY
RETURNS: No returns if screws turned, gun has been fired, damaged, modified or altered from original shipped condition. Returns must be shipped in same box as I sent it and fully insured. You get the purchase price only, no refund on shipping, ins. or anything else.
New York State Purchasers of any item must provide a copy of their NYS Resale Certificate and NYS ST120 form for exemption from sales tax or will be charged sales tax in the destination city/county.
