This is an antique M. Klein Fence Wire Wood Block & Tackle Puller also marked WINN Co. One piece head with wood and steel construction in very good original condition with chipped end top. This is connected to another pulley of possibly another makers barbed wire pulley with a patent date of June 18 1887, this would make it a very early tool. The hemp rope is also in nice condition. Great for display in any collection.
