Factory letter included. Ser#4129xx shipped 1916.
Star stamp above trigger guard, RH side, indiactes a trip to the factory for...something. Probably converted to 38spl then reblued.
Mechanically fine, excellent bore/rifling/chambers.
Smooth action, great lock up.
Factory Colt hard rubber grips in beautiful shape, numbered inside, but do not match this gun#.
A very cool revolver, unusual barrel length, in great condition, ready for a new home.
