Description:
Foe sale is a like new Winchester 1885 High Wall Scheutzen rifle chambered in .32-40 WCF caliber. This firearm is equipped with a 32" octagon barrel having a shiney bore and strong rifling. It is topped with a 36' MVA 6X scope with adjustable target mounts.The barrel finish shows a few minor scuff marks but has bright bluing throughout. The color cased receiver and wide lever show no marks or dings. The triggers are Close Coupled Double Set configuration. The forearm is in great condition with an attached palm rest. The buttstock is also in great condition with a Helm style buttplate. This firearm was serialized in September.1900 therfore is considered a modern firearm requiring a FFL or C&R license. A Cody Museum search letter is included with this gun. Insure you FFL will accept a transfer from a private individual. If a FFL shipper is required add $25to the sale price. Shipping is via USPS ground insured and tracked for $80. Sales to Alaska will require additional charges. No sale to Hawaii or any other locale that prohibits purchase of this firearm.
