SN: 11312668. Made in 1966 by the Jianshe Machine Tool Factory (26) with a 20-inch barrel chambered for 7.62x39mm. This is NOT a commercial import Chinese SKS - it is a numbers matching People's Liberation Army (PLA) surplus Type 56 rifle. Overall condition is cosmetically a little rough but the chrome-lined bore is bright. There are spots of rust & pitting on the metallic parts but the action remains fully functional. The stock shows the dings & dents that one expects to see on a former military service rifle, & the handguard is matching in both color & condition. Comes with a cleaning kit in the buttstock & 12-inch folding spike bayonet.
