Available - This Colt 1911 "Black Army" .45ACP. The chamber is clean and the bore has well defined rifling. Something most collectors just don't have in their MILSURP collections. Black Army's serial numbers started around 312,000, this one is in the 507,000 range. This World War I era service sidearm was made in 1918, when they were polished and finished in the so-called “Black Army” style, including charcoal blued slide and frame. Definitley a product of "hurry up" manufacture, the finish is worn. There is NO rust although the metal is blemished. This item qualifies for FREE SHIPPING. No sales where prohibited by law. We will only ship this handgun to your FFL dealer. FFL license must be signed & mailed (or faxed or e-mailed) to our address. ***Attention Curio & Relic License holders - you're most welcome to use your C&R to acquire this firearm, HOWEVER we do require a COLOR copy of your driver's license to verify your identity.
