This beautiful Winchester Model 70 bolt action rifle features a nicely finished all wood laminated stock with nice checkering and in perfect condition.
The 22” free-floated barrel and action are finished in a polished blue, 4rd internal magazine with hinged floorplate. There were no sights when this gun was made and the receiver was drilled and tapped for scope base rings. A Bushnell Banner 6-18x 50mm Scope is mounted and in good condition. The barrel muzzle has been threaded to accommodate a JP Muzzle break, making this 270 shoot with less felt recoil than a .308. The serial number indicates the gun was built in 1990. The bore is excellent, sharp and shiny – it looks new. This rifle appears as new. I understand it was fired but it looks like it just came out of the box. It was certainly never taking hunting.
