"Serial No. 64810, made in 1856, .36 caliber, 7.5"" octagonal barrel. Metal is a grey patina with scattered areas of surface oxidation, most noticeably on the cylinder. Rear of the barrel has had a period dovetail for a sight added. Serial numbers are matching except wedge, cylinder serial number is faint. Grips are original with a light cartouche visible on the right grip. Action indexes correctly.
