German WW II original silver wire brocade breast eagle used by officers and EM. This high quality German WW II original breast eagle was made with a green wool backing that was unfortunately discovered by a family of hungry moths, the results are plain to see. While the eagle is whole and intact, the fine green wool backing is mostly eaten away.
The eagle is made of a thin silver wire that shines and is still intact. The wool has been degraded and missing parts.
My photos didn’t bring out the metallic wire shine, but will retake them soon. Add $4.75 US hsipping.
