Built in 1988 this Colt Custom Shop special ordered Single Action Army is equipped with a 4 3/4” barrel, original nickel finish, factory extended grip frame and checkered Fleur-de-lis ebony grips with medallions. Knowledgeable collectors are aware of the extreme rarity of extended frames which is likely a result of the prohibitive cost from the Custom Shop. The factory ebony grips are sensationally nice: crisp and sharp with great grain pattern and perfect fit. The gun is complete in the Custom Shop box with matching end label and is untouched-unturned-unfired outside of the factory. A wonderful investment grade Single Action in an incredibly unique and rare configuration. A must own!
