Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a Mannlicher-Schoenauer 1903 System rifle chambered in 6.5x54mm. This is a full length Mannlicher rifle. The condition is fair, the wood has numerous dents and dings and one spliced in piece on the right side between the muzzle and front sling attachment point. The action works fine except that the safety lever has been broken in half and will need to be replaced. The safety lever has been removed from the bolt and will be sent along with the rifle. The bore is dark with strong rifling. The action and barrel have some pretty deep marks from a vice or something. The safety is non-functional and the rifle should not be used until the safety lever is replaced. Sold AS-IS, with no return. Thanks for looking!
