Southgate Weatherby made by Roy Weatherby, 270 wby mag, flat bottom and round upper surface of bolt has steel checkering, deep purple stock is a feature of early Weatherbys, 24 ct gold diamond inlayed in forearm, jeweled bolt, diamond checkering is 20 lines per inch, rosewood with diamond inlay in pistol grip cap, action 98 mauser, button release floorplate, sight appears to be a Williams installed front and rear on 24" barrel, monte carlo stock with cheek piece, 13 5/8" length of pull, jaeger trigger, wby rubber 1" butt pad, warne steel quick detachable rings and bases, 1" tube 2 3/4 x 10 Weatherby variable scope with post and crosshair reticle, both sides of stock have ebony and ivory inlay, bottom forearm has ebony 24 ct gold diamond inlay, safety is flip up bolt on shroud, sling swivel studs,90% overall with minor handling marks, little bluing wear on bottom of plate.
