Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a CMMG MOD-4sa Chambered in 5.56 Nato, AR15 style rifle. The upper is a Bushmaster HBAR 20". It is in great condition, hasn't been used much and never abused in any way. I have test fired this rifle and it functions perfectly. Its built to resemble a M16a2 Rifle, with a non removable carry handle, the old A2 buttstock, standard grip and long 20 inch barrel. Includes (1) 30 Rd MagPul PMag magazine and pictured sling. Thanks for looking!
