Here is a nice old Colt double action from around 1879. I believe the nickel plating is original but is only fair as far as coverage. Mechanicly the gun is fine with tight lock-up and good indexing. Cylinder pin bushing is not frozen and turns freely as it should. Safety and half-cock notches hold. Bore is very good.
If I were keeping this gun I would consider getting it re-nickeled and the screws re-bued. There's no deep rust or damage on it but the finish is not good. Shipping and insurance included via priority mail. Very early serial number puts this one in the antique category so ships to your door in most jurisdictions. No texts.
