NSN, circa early 1800's, .70 caliber, 9"" octagonal to round smoothbore barrel. Barrel and other iron parts a brown/grey patina with surface oxidation noted. Barrel is marked with private Birmingham proof marks, Lock is marked ""CRANMER"", pistol has been converted from flintlock to percussion. Wood has an old repaired crack noticeable left side, otherwise in very good condition. Ram-rods tip has broken off. Action holds at half and full cock. Consignment
