Description:
This is a copy of the British L1A1 rifle imported by the CAI company in Vermont. These rifles were produced by utilizing a set of original British L1A1 inch pattern parts that were assembled on to a new manufactured type three receiver. It has the British original folding rear sight and fixed front post. Right side of the action is marked "L1A1 Sporter / Cal .308 / CAI-St Alb Vt", made in Canada. The handguard is black plastic with a pebble grain pattern, composite Post-Ban thumbhole stock with rubber CAI buttpad. This Rifle is fitted with an excellent muzzle break. No Magazine.
Rating Definition:
Excellent, with 98% of the reparkerized finish remaining overall with minor light handling marks in a few places. The handguard and buttstock are excellent with light handling marks.
