This Smith Corona U.S. Model 03-A3 (Sporterized) is a right hand bolt action rifle in .30-06 Sprg. Cal. It has a 24 inch barrel. A raised blade front sight and an aperture rear sight. The butt stock is a smooth grip hardwood pistol grip with a raised cheekpiece. The forearm is a smooth grip hardwood. The hinged floorplate has oak leaf and a deer on it with worn gold coating. Serial Number C3709899 (1944). The barrel is stamped RA, the flaming bomb and 7-44. .30-06 Springfield
