Only 604 of the millions of these fine and accurate rifles were produced in 222 in the handsome (deluxe) BDL in 1970. With only the most insignificant handling marks this gun looks like it did when it left Ilion NY In June of 1970 54 yrs ago. Rear site had been removed prior to it coming to us (readlily avail from variious sources). Black forend tip, pg cap, floor plate and t. guard all unmarked and approx as new. Engine turning on bolt shaft almost as new
