A Scarce & Early Civil War Percussion Colt Model 1861 Round Barrel Navy Revolver In Excellent Plus Condition. Serial # 8,322, made in 1862 with all matching numbers. All original and complete. The revolver has excellent plus metal & markings throughout including a sharp & clear cylinder scene. All edges are crisp. The barrel, retains most of its original blue with small areas fading into a plum color. The cylinder retains all of its original factory blue on it. The frame, hammer, and lever retain most of their original case colors with some small areas fading into a plum brown. All screws are excellent & retain their original colors on them. The brass backsrap and trigger guard are excellent with a wonderful color to them. The original factory grips are excellent plus throughout on both sides. The revolver has an excellent action and bore. This Is An Excellent Condition And Very Difficult To Find Early Civil War Percussion Colt Model 1861 Round Barrel Navy Revolver. Civil War Colt Revolvers Rarely Turn Up in This Condition!
