Copy of a Rare Stoeger American Eagle Artillery
Here we present a C&R American Eagle Artillery Luger Pistol, in Berlin, Germany. This one features a 8” barrel in 9mm and artillery front and rear sights. The top of the chamber has the American Eagle engraving.
The overall condition is very good. Refinished. The action is excellent. The bore is bright with sharp rifling. The grips are in great shape and sharply checkered. The numbers on the frame, takedown lever, side plate, trigger, and rear of the toggle match—the barrel matches but the numbers have been remarked. Other numbers differ. We believe that this American Eagle Luger pistol was probably made to resemble the very rare and very expensive Stoeger American Eagle Commercial Artillery Luger in 9x19mm, of which one recently sold in excess of $45,000. This pistol comes with a Heiser 427 holster that suits it very well. Here is a gun with many of the features of a very rare gun without the price tag!
