Description:
This 1995 right hand semi-automatic rifle is a Sturm, Ruger and Co Ranch Rifle chambered in .223 Remington. It has an 18½ inch round satin stainless steel barrel, a fixed serrated blade front sight, a smooth curved stainless trigger, a curved hard black plastic butt plate, and sling swivel loops top and bottom. An improved version of the Mini-14, the Ranch Rifle, was announced in 1982. It features integral scope bases and a new internal buffer to keep scope crosshairs intact under the pounding of a hard-cycling action. It has a Garand-style action with breech bolt locking system, a fixed-piston gas system and self-cleaning moving gas cylinder. This Ranch Rifle is a versatile firearm ideal for both seasoned shooters and those new to the sport. The satin stainless steel finish is in good condition, showing some handling wear and marks to the barrel and some good patina on the receiver. The hardwood stock is in very good to excellent condition, showing only minimally noticeable handling wear, but with no chips, scratches, cracks, nor marks observable. It comes with a Simmons DeerField 3-9X32 riflescope, and an adjustable black nylon sling. .223 Remington
