Description:
For Sale - Ruger M77 Gunsite Scout, 308 Winchester, laminated stock, like new condition. I am the original owner and this rifle comes in its factory box complete with 2 magazines, factory receiver 1" rings, 2 buttstock spacers to adjust LOP, factory documentation, and factory action lock. The last picture shows the box end label. The scope is a Burris Scout 2-7X32mm with a BDC Reticle. I bought this new and it comes with it's factory box. The scope is mounted in Leupold QRW Rings and is sighted in to the ammunition shown in the photos. There are 5 boxes of Barnes VOR-TX 308 Winchester 168gr Tipped TSX Boat Tail bullets. There are 31 fired cases and 69 live rounds. This rifle shoots this ammo very well, right at 1 MOA at 100 yards. Last but not least, I removed the factory flash suppressor and installed a Surefire Muzzle Brake. Between the well-cushioned butt pad and the muzzle brake, felt recoil is light. The rifle barrel length is 19.75", the LOP is 13.5", and there are 2 magazines - a 3 round and a 10 round. The scope will be dismounted and will ship with the ammo to the buyer's home adddress while the rifle will ship to the buyer's FFL. The Leupold QRW rings will return the scope to zero as long as it is remounted in the same cross slots on the rail. Price includes shipping and insurance to lower 48. I am a private collector and shooter and a 74 year old NRA Life Member.
