Finished on September 29, 1890 for Malcome McNeill Esquire, an unusual J. Dickson on a Woodward automatic pattern, snap action ejector. Now 28" steel barrel 2 ¾ chambers . Bright bores and chambers. Bores measure .735" &.735" choked .007" &.035" IMP CYL and FULL, walls are .030" and .031". Soldering is good and blacking is in 90% . Tight on face and good bolting, nice scroll engraving 90% coverage . Oxidation pitting at the knuckle on both forend iron and action. 6 LBS 9 OZ . LOP is 14 7/8" over a 1" buffalo horn plate, drop is 1 5/8" and 2 3/8" cast off 1/2". Stock is original, solid and in 80% condition. Unique opportunity to get a John Dickson and a Woodward automatic ;-) !
