Description:
Serial #265118, .22 S-L-LR, 24" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a grooved receiver rifle, made in 1957, and retains 98-99% of the original blue finish, with a few small touches of silvering on the high edges and projections and some fading along the magazine tube. The walnut forend has an added varnish over some minor handling marks and small blemishes, while the buttstock is in fine-near excellent shape with only a few negligible blemishes in the original finish. The checkered hard rubber buttplate is in excellent condition, and has only very minor wear and flattening of the points. This is a great example of a desirable slide-action .22 Winchester, in fine-near excellent condition, and would make a great addition to a collection. FFL or C&R
