Perfect! That's the word that comes to my mind when I look at this gun!
Winchester Model 21 grade 6, 12ga, 30" barrels. According to the factory letter this gun was ordered April 5 1943 (right in the middle of WW2) for Roderick Cooper of Ohio. The gun was finished Aug 21,1943 and made as a factory #6. The gun was returned to the factory in 1952 for repairs and again in 1967 for basically a total overhaul/rebuild.
Currently the gun absolutely looks new! Bores are perfect, action is rock solid. I am not sure the gun has been fired since its rebuild. I have more pictures I can send, we are limited here to 25 pictures. The gun comes in a classic full leather hard case with canvas dust cover.
The gun weighs 7 pounds 14oz, DAC is 1 1/2", DAH is 2 1/4", 1/4" cast off. LOP is 14 1/4" to the checkered butt.
