Description:
308 Win, serial number 9096XX. Mfg 1956. 24" barrel, brass counter, metal buttplate. Receiver shows moderate to heavy blue wear, previous owner etched social serial number on left side of receiver. Lever retains very little color case. Barrel retains higher % of original finish with heavier wear at muzzle. Bore is excellent. Williams peep sight installed, stock does not appear to have been altered for it. Wood is in god condition,shows normal wear/hunting use. Heavier marring on left side of forend just ahead of receiver. Pistol grip cap shows wear, small chip. More photos on request. Please add $45.00 for shipping and insurance.
