Ithaca Model 37 Feather Light - 16 Ga. Pump Shotgun - Checkered pistol grip style stock with grooved slide forend and butt plate in very good condition. Hammerless, takedown design originated by John Browning initially as the Remington Model 17. The unique bottom loading / ejection port coupled with a light weight alloy receiver helped Ithaca to set new standards for pump shotguns. 28 In. long, full choke barrel with bead sight. 4 round tubular magazine. Bore is clean and bright. Barrel and receiver are retaining approx. 90 % bluing. Includes a new soft sleeve. Stock and forend are in excellent condition with minimal handling marks. Overall condition is excellent . Doesn't appear to have had much use. Manufactured in 1953. Nice addition to any collection.
