F.N. Mauser full custom in .375 H&H built on the venerable F.N. commercial Mauser action with a 25 1/2" barrel with ramp front sight, banded sling swivel and Lyman 48 reciever peep sight. Bore is excellent. Action drilled and tapped with filler screws in place but a Leupold one piece base and 30mm Leupold rings included. Three position side swing safety. Drop box magazine with straddle floorplate and trigger bow floorplate release. Stocked in a very nice piece of English Walnut with excellent color and contrasting dark lines. Crossbolted with pancake cheekpiece. 22 LPI point pattern checkering that wraps the forend and is up and over on the pistol grip. Steel grip cap and two screw sling swivel stud. LOP is 13 3/4" over a black Limbsaver pad. 8lb 12oz without scope. I don't know the maker but it is a well done piece built the way a safari rifle should be. It has a few dents and dings from light hunting use. Checkering at 98%, satin matte rust blue at 97% Excellent value and ready for Africa !
