A Very Early Civil War Colt Model 1849 Percussion Pocket Revolver With a 4" Barrel In Excellent Condition. Serial #127,312, made in 1856. All matching numbers, all original and complete. The pistol has fine plus metal and markings throughout. It also has excellent edges, and a 4 inch barrel on it. The revolver retains lots of its original factory blue finish on the barrel and cylinder with only light thinning in small areas. The frame, loading lever, and hammer all retain nearly most of their original factory case colors which are lightly fading in spots. All screws are fine with color. The backstrap and trigger guard are excellent plus and retain all of their original factory silver. The original factory grips are excellent plus throughout with a wonderful color and factory finish still on them. It has an excellent action and bore. This Is A Fine Condition Example Of A Civil War Colt Model 1849 Percussion Pocket Revolver With a 4" Barrel, That Would Be A Fine Addition To Any Civil War Collection!
