Description:
This Massachusetts Arms Company Civil War Carbine is in excellent condition. There are traces of case colors on the action and the cartouches are very blear as well as the inspectors marks. The nipple is a modern stainless steel replacement. The 50-50 cartridge had a very large rim to make an extractor unnecessary. There was a small hole in the base to allow the fire from from the musket cap to fire the round. A nice representative Civil War Carbine. The leather Boot is listed under .
