Description:
This circa 1966 vintage J-frame double action/single action revolver is a Smith & Wesson 33-1 chambered in .38 S&W Ctg. It has a fixed serrated ramp blade front sight, an integral groove square notch rear sight, a 4-inch solid ribbed & pinned barrel, a case-hardened, serrated trigger and hammer, a smooth front strap and backstrap, diamond checkered walnut stocks with S&W medallions and diamonds around the screw escutcheons, and a 1.4" fluted five-round cylinder. There is a faint drag line on the cylinder. The bluing on this revolver is in immaculate condition, with one minor 3-millimeter spot blemish on the front strap (see picture). Likewise, the walnut stocks are in excellent condition, with no noticeable handling wear, nor chips, cracks, or marks. This revolver comes with the Original Factory serial numbered blue box, waxed paper, Owner's manual, warranty card, and tools.
