Colt Single Action Army 45 Colt 7 ½” Barrel, 99% Re-Blue And Case Color, Manufactured in Hartford Connecticut in 1874, on top of the barrel one line Colt address and on the side of the frame is two line patent address with 45 cal on the rear of the trigger guard. It has a type I Ejector housing and a bull’s-eye ejector head. Comes with excellent one piece wood grips and is mechanically in good condition with tight cylinder lockup Bore is a good 9+ out of 1 to10 and 10 being the best. Early Single-Action production for the civilian market was limited, with few going to the foreign market mostly to the London office and a few more to the United States market. In this block of serial numbers 10800 – 10999 only 80 were destined to become civilian and a total of only 974 had been issued to date for the civilian market all early single-action were 45 caliber had 7 ½ inch barrel’s and one piece wood grips all were case color and blue finish.
