Description:
The Heckler & Koch Mark 23 is one of the most instantly recognizable HK pistols of all time. Having shown up in countless movies and video games, this pop culture icon earned it reputation because of use in US Special Operations Command. From the Navy SEALS to Army Special Forces the HK Mark 23 has demonstrated an exemplary service record in a number of theatres of operation. Endurance testing demonstrated a service life of over 30,000 rounds of +P ammunition. To meet the reliability requirement, the pistol had to demonstrate a minimum of 2,000 mean rounds between stoppages (MRBS) with both M1911 ball and +P ammunition. All pistols exceeded the 2000 MRBS with an average of 6000 MRBS. In more than 450 accuracy test firings from a precision firing fixture at 25 meters, MK 23 pistols far exceeded the government requirement, averaging 1.44 inches, with 65 groups of less than one inch. There were four groups of .5 inches, with 5 rounds going through the same hole!

During the firearm purchasing process at The Sporting Shoppe, our customers can cancel their order at any time prior to signing out the firearm in their name.
However, the following non-refundable fees apply:
6% Processing Fee (3% for initial transaction and 3% for refund transaction)
14% Restocking Fee
$35 Paperwork Withdrawal Fee (RI Residents)/ Return Shipping Fee (Out-of-State)
For Out-of-State purchases, a $35 Return Shipping Fee will be applied, and original shipping fee will not be refunded. All fees listed above still apply except the Paperwork Withdrawal Fee.

Firearms damaged in shipment will be refunded in their entirety.
*3-Day Inspection Period applies to all used inventory. Customer has 72-hours from firearm arrival at their FFL to inspect, and if there is an issue their FFL may contact us for a cancellation.
**3-Day Inspection is void once customer takes possession of the firearm, no refund will be returned.
Customers have the option to be refunded the difference onto a credit/debit card or opt for store credit to apply towards a future purchase.
No refunds will be given in cash at any time.
Once a firearm is signed for and released into the customer’s name, a cancellation is no longer applicable.
FIREARMS TRANSFER POLICY/ IN AND OUT FROM A DIFFERENT GUN DEALER
- $75 transfer fee per firearm for non-members, $45 transfer fee per firearm for members.
- No discounts for multiple transfers.
- All transfers not picked up within 30-days will accrue a $75 per month storage charge fee.
- We DO NOT transfer firearms out for guns not sold through us.
- Private party transfers are $75 per firearm for non-members and $45 per firearm for members.
- All Canceled firearm transactions will be refunded to store credit or face a 15% restocking and associated credit card fee. Firearms NOT taken into the possession of the owner after 30 days will forfeit the gun and money back in the form of store credit.
