This Colt Match Target pistol was produced in 1941. The pistol's serial number is MT 11838. It has the heavy match target 6 3/4 Inch barrel chambered for the 22 Long Rifle. The original target sights are present on this pistol. The original wood target grips are in very fine condition with no damage or cracks. The checkering points are sharp with very little sign of wear. The original bluing would rate a 95% or better condition. This pistol has the correct all blued magazine present. The trigger pull is very crisp and the action works smoothly. The custom fitted wood case is very professionally made. The pistol fits very snug and displays nicely. These Colt Match Target Pistols are very highly sought today! Here is one that has a very fine display case that would be a great addition to any collection!
