Description:
Here we have a nice 40X factory original gun. 27" stainless heavy barrel with 1 in 8 twist. The scope is clear and in great condition with leather scope cover set. This is a used one with no prior owner history. Current long time owner never fired the rifle. Wood is very nice with no damage or repairs visable, non original recoil pad. Stock has a palm rail. Some rust pitting was found on the left side of the reciever at the wood line due to poor long term storage. Very little of the pitting shows shows with stock in place. It does have medium pitting under the wood just below the SN, see picture. Couple other rust blems, see pictures. Still a nice rifle, bolt shows 80% of the factory engine turning so has not had a lot of use. Rifle is priced acordingly. We are FFL# in Ohio and must ship to transfer dealer. Buyer pays for shipping and insurance and must make any claims for loss or damage. Please ask any questions as needed.
