Description:
Beretta S689 Gold Sable two barrel set.
Made in 1998 this O/U has a set of 24" barrels chambered for 9.3x74R dangerous game loads. In addition to the fixed rear and front sights it has a European quick-release claw mount holding a Leupold Vari X III 1.75-6 scope with duplex reticle.
The second set of barrels, and so marked "2" are 28" 20 gauge smooth bore barrels choked Mod and Full.
Both the rifle and shotgun barrels have automatic ejectors.
The receiver has double triggers and a non-automatic safety.
The oil finished buttstock has a 14 3/8" LOP to the front trigger from the end of the factory installed (and now age hardened) recoil pad. Drop at comb is 1 5/16"; drop at heel is 2" and the stock has a cheek piece for right hand shooter.
Other than the recoil pad being hardened from sitting..the gun is in 98%+ condition. No case
