Description:
Larry Smith replicated the features of the original Frank Wesson Superposed Derringer in 1:3 scale. "FRANK WESSON WORCESTER, MASS. PT. DEC. 15/68" is marked on the left of the barrel, "-LH SMITH-" is marked on top of the barrel. Overall measures just 2-1/2 inches. Includes a blue felt lined wooden case marked "-L.H.-/SMITH/15" on the underside. A brass handled cleaning/push rod is included in the case. Barrels, hammer and lever are all blued and retain most of that finish. Frame is brass as well as the backstrap and shows some wear. Ivory grips. Larry Smith is a renowned miniature gun artist from Parrish, Florida. This would be a great addition to that miniature collection or a starter piece.
