I believe this is the best one I have ever had. 28 inch octagon barrel chambered in 45-60 caliber with a full length magazine tube. Bright shiny near excellent bore. Original sights include a gold gilded Beaches combination front and "1876" marked folding ladder rear. Gun has most all of the barrel and magazine blue. Receiver retains most all of the bright vivid case colors. Hammer and lever retain most case colors. The forend cap and rifle style crescent buttplate show just a slight bit of wear but are still bright. Deluxe checkered pistolgrip walnut stock shows very little use. Sharp checkering. Comes complete with a Factory Letter. Would be the centerpiece of any Winchester or gun collection.
