Winchester Model 70. SN# 402272. Made in 1957. Up for sale is a very clean Winchester Model 70 standard weight chambered for the flat shootin .270 Win. caliber. The excellent rifle comes with the 24" barrel, blade and hood front sight with adjustable rear sight. This Model 70 has a 1960 stock installed as the original stock had developed a crack behind receiver. That flaw might have affected it's accuracy. This will make someone an excellent and accurate hunting rifle. The bore is clean and rifling shows little sign of wear. Freight and insurance 45.00 No Calif. sales.
