Freedom Arms Model 1997 .22 LR & .22 Magnum. Serial Q0439 (matching) has a 4.25-inch octagon barrel (recessed crown, blade front sight). Features include an adjustable rear sight, polished and jeweled hammer/trigger, "double-pronged" firing pin, round butt grip frame and Micarta grips. The original box, manual and leather pouch for the extra cylinder are included. ACCURACY: The factory test target shows a five-shot, 25-yard group of .460-inch center-to-center. CONDITION: Almost certainly unfired since factory proof, the bore is pristine. The cylinder rotates without stutter and locks up tight. Metal finish is approximately 99 percent owing to one small area of superficial rubbing on the cylinder. Grips are pristine. The price is firm and layaway is available. $4,500 plus shipping.
