This Colt was produced in 1931. The pistol's serial number is 507753. It has the standard 3 3/4 inch barrel chambered for the 32 A.C.P. cartridge. The bore is in minty condition. This Colt shows very little sign of being used or even being fired. The original carbona bluing would rate a 99% fine condition. This like new condition two tone magazine is the correct style magazine for this Colt. The factory Ivory grips are in like new condition. There is three very slight ageing lines which is to be expected with old Ivory. The pattern of carving and checkering is identical to the Colt fancy wood grips that were special ordered for these models. This pattern style being done in Ivory is very rare! These grips have the Colt style spacers glued and screwed to the back of the grips. This is the correct style of spacers and mounting style to the back of the grips that only Colt did with their special order grips. This is one stunning looking Colt! This pistol being in this fine of condition would certainly be a show stopper for any collection especially with these rare stunning grips!
