Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a unique gun. It was made by Zabala Hermanos as a SXS 12 Ga shotgun. At some point it was cut down to 20" and a set of CZ 45-70 Liners were added to make it a 45-70 double rifle. These liners are removable and the gun can still function as a 12 ga shotgun. The 12 ga barrels appear to by CYL bore which is consistent with them being shortened. A nice set of express sights have been added with one standing and two folding leaves. Your could also leave one liner installed and remove the other to have a 12 ga /45-70 govt combination or cape gun. Thanks for looking!
