Description:
This is a project piece obviously. The gun is complete and the barrels match the receiver and the forearm Iron also matches. The bores are excellent, and are choked IM/IM. The barrels are 30"+ (30.25") long. (Metric?) The chokes are there and the muzzle is clean. The gun is set up for a straight grip stock but as you can see the stock is missing. The action is profusely engraved and it has the cocking indicator windows which a lot of people do like. It also has nice and strong ejectors which will throw snap caps right out.
The barrels are in the white and the right tube has a shallow dent which will have to be lifted. The barrels ring. The bores are smooth and shiny. I have never seen a gun like this with a ventilated rib but I will say it does look great and was very well done. It has a mid rib ivory bead as well. As stated before, there is no buttstock or forearm wood. The gun is complete but will need to be cleaned, case colored and restocked by your gunsmith/stock maker. These guns are classic and this is an opprtunity to get one that you can customize to your dimensions for a great price. It is of course sold "as is".
