Sauer & Sohn, West Germany, established in year 1751---probably the second oldest gun maker in the world, the oldest in Germany. The overall condition of this masterpiece is 99.5% with gorgeous select , all original, checkered walnut stock, diamond inlayed pistol grip and factory original recoil pad. The bore in the 24" barrel is bright and glossy and the factory original bluing is brilliant. This rifle comes outfitted with a Montana 1 1/4" bridle leather sling that is quickly adjusted without tools or noise PLUS a Leupold Vari-X II 3-9X40MM scope with gloss finish which matches the rifle.
