Gun remains in very good overall condition. Wood has a small crack in front of screw on left behind receiver and a large scratch on left buttstock. Wood has been totally redone and has lost any trace of patina with a glossy finish added. Inspector's cartouche remains visible but somewhat hard to read. Metal has a light coat of oxidation on sling swivel and inside trigger guard. Bore is lightly frosted but may clean up well. Buffington sight has rusted shut and needs some work.
