Remington Model 550-1 - Semi - Auto - 22 Rifle - Smooth one piece pistol grip style stock and forend with new butt plate. 24 In. long barrel with adj. rear open sight and a front bead sight. Tubular magazine will accept 20 Short , 17 Long and 15 LR ammo. Receiver is grooved for scope. Bore is clean and bright. Barrel and receiver are retaining approx. 80% bluing. Several minor rust spots were removed from barrel and magazine tube and re- blued. Stock and forend are in exceptional condition with minimal handling marks.Includes a new soft sleeve. Manufactured from 1941 to 1970 . This one was manufactured in 1957. Known for accuracy, reliability and versatility. Great addition to any collection.
