***Sold!***Rare Model 70 Mannlicher .30-06 in fabulous condition showing very little use. Professional, meticulous action pillar bedding and free floated barrel. Sub-MOA accurate. See Picture #15! This rifle is from Winchester’s 1968-1971 run of approximately 2,400 Mannlicher stocked Model 70s in only four calibers, .243, .270, .308 and .30-06. Research indicates that with a production quantity of about 1200, the .30-06 is the most common followed in rarity by the .270, .243 and .308. Rifle presents as new, with stock finish and bluing original and mint. Bore and internals are absolutely pristine. Gorgeous finish, fit and workmanship overall with receivers and bolts supposedly hand selected for this special run. Action is smooth and trigger breaks like glass. Shipping fee includes insurance for the purchase price. Rifle will be felt wrapped and carefully packaged in a hard case with a heavy cardboard overwrap. Shipping is $75 non-FFL to FFL.
