The Remington Rolling Block is a family of breech-loading rifles that was produced from the mid-1860s into the early 20th century by E. Remington and Sons (later Remington Arms.) These rifles were made for and marketed to military schools and cadet corps quasi-military boys' organizations prior to, and at the turn of the century. The .50-45 was a lighter recoiling round appropriate for smaller stature shooters than the other .50 caliber rounds of the day. All WV firearm sales are subject to no sales tax.
