Description:
This is a full box, 20 original rounds, of .45-60 Black Powder ammunition manufactured by Remington UMC. The two piece green, red and black labeled buff box has excellent, bright graphics with a very nice cartridge cut shwoing some edge and corner wear. The box is solid with a professional repair to the inside top edge. The box is marked on the back with "COOLEY & POLLARD / Sporting Goods / Yreka Calif" a store that opened in 1924. A very late black powder loading of what was at the time of this box, circa 1920's, a long obsolete cartridge designed for the Winchester Model 1876 Centennial rifle. The cartridges are in excellent condition.
